My entire process with Restore has been phenomenal. First, the entire staff treats their patients with the best care and kindness that I have received anywhere. They are sincere and fully attentive throughout the entire process. I am a public school teacher and therefore needed to be sure to go with the most trust worthy company to be sure my investment paid off. First, it was far more affordable than I was expecting, and second even though I would be perfectly fine if I could not save my hair, the fact it’s an investment that will give me confidence to be at my best for a life time is well worth it. From the initial visit at Restore, I felt comfortable and confident as the staff transparently provided me with all the information and were super easy to talk with. The method in which they fairly and accurately estimate and count your grafts stands out in the industry as the gold standard for FUE. The day of the procedure went smoothly, they kindly followed up with me during the following year, and made sure as they promised I was 100 percent satisfied. While a lot of companies make that 100 percent satisfaction guarantee as just a selling point with lots of hidden red tape, Restore sincerely means it as they genuinely care that you’re completely happy. Again the entire process has been super easy and successful, and I would confidently recommend Restore in Charlotte to anyone who might be on the fence about getting a FUE. Dr Marco and team at Charlotte office were great. They made sure I was comfortable all the time, I had breaks as and when needed, lunch was great. When people ask me how I felt, was I nervous, did it hurt? I don’t know about other places but with this team it felt no different than an 8 hour long haircut. No issues post op, pain management was great didn’t take a single pain pill that was prescribed. Recovery has been great and I have had two follow up calls in 7 days from their office. I did 2700 grafts on 2/1/24. Today is 8/4/24 and I am extremely excited about my results. My barber says she has never seen a better transplant and she would never had known if I hadn’t told her. It looks so natural. I would tell anyone considering getting it done. Don’t wait until you are bald. I was thinning quickly and it wasn’t going to get better. So I made the decision and it was easier and cheaper than if I had waited longer.
